We should react...

...to the declining population trend of world Jewry. To the fact that Israel is now a partisan, hot topic. To the convention that identity solidifies most efficiently during teenage, in the gap between Bar/Bat Mitzvah and Birthright. To the many Jewish students who will enter college before having built a robust, durable Jewish identity. To the sacrifice of Jewish education teenage learners.

JeSSI acts to...

...energize Jewish and Israeli teenagers by offering them a spot in a unique socio-STEM opportunity: Engage each other with Jewish values, Israel, and STEM, and partake in an exciting space satellite mission. In the end there will be networks, entities, individuals, families, and multiple resources helping to accomplish the JeSSI's  triple bottom-line: Jewish Identity, Link to Israel, Space mission.

Reaching teenagers requires...

...a dual online/offline strategy. JeSSI continuously partners with non-profits, communities, schools, Academia, Industry, and unaffiliated Jewish and Israeli families across the US. Partners can influence the program resources pool on such matters as curriculum design, teen leadership opportunities, space-spec hardware and software, and metric methods. Early programs provide the opportunity for assumption testing. Partners receive program reports along the way. The paradigm, partnerships, and resources are revised as needed.

In the end...

...there are vigorous identities, stronger ties, improved skills, partnerships, curriculum resources, methods, a satellite, and a clear path for the future.
